Fortsättningen på historien om min tomma bläckkassett till min skrivare. Jag har nu i flera dar utväxlat e-mail med Hewlett Packard och jag kan inte få dom att förstå att det inte är något fel med min skrivare. Problemet var att jag fick en tom kassett, och det ignorerar dom helt och pratar bara om felsökning på skrivaren. Nu har jag gjort ännu ett försök och brutit sönder kassetten och bifogat ovanstående foto till HP. Foto visar tydligt att kassetten är tom och att den dessutom är helt ren och att det aldrig varit något bläck i den. Får se om en bild säger mer än tusen ord i det här fallet också.

Jag blir så uppretad när jag blir behandlad som mindre vetande. Om jag får något dumt svar på det här e-mailet också, så skall jag se om jag inte kan hitta någon högre instans på HP att delge mina synpunkter på dera så kallade kundservice.

Continuation on my story about my empty ink cartridge for my printer. During several days I have now exchanged e-mails with Hewlett Packard and I can not make them understand that it is no problem with my printer. The problem is that I got an empty cartridge, and that fact they ignore completely and only talk about problem solving for my printer. I have just made yet another try and broken up the cartridge and attached the photo above to HP. The photo clearly shows that the cartridge is empty and in addition is completely clean and that it has never contained any ink. Let's see if a picture says more than thousand word in this case also.

I get so annoyed when I am considered not knowing what I talk about. If I get another stupid answer to this e-mail also, I'll see if I can not find anybody higher up at HP to give my point of view regarding their so called customer service.
